Tonight I saw walk the Line.. what an excellant movie. The story of Johnny Cash. Very interesting to say the least. Kind of wish they focused more on his faith. But oh well, my friend Shannon Roddy worked on it. Look for him in the credits as S.D. Roddy. Man it feels good when you know a famous person. hahha or something like that.
So for all of you who read this, ((i think it might be three)) ... i know your all dying to know how my homework assignment turned out? Lets just say I passed with Flying colors!! Everything went well, even though I was nervous a little, since the last time I tried to grow some balls and ask a girl out it didn't work out so well. But this one did and its a great feeling! So i have a real, official, genuine date this weekend with a very special girl. NO this is Not a hang out people.. its a date. Two people going out together, there might be some dressing up, there might be some talking.. who knows..
But sadly, i don't think any of my comerades have completed their homework yet. I am pretty excited about it. who knows maybe shes even reading this now..heheh.. so thats all i am going to say about it..don't want to give too much away. It will be special I know.
In other news..oh wait there isn't any.. well i guess me updating this more than twice in one week could count.. Thanks to all my loyal readers...

You'll have to let us know how it goes. And you'll have to encourage your comrades to follow your lead.
I really want to see that movie, unfortunately I think everyone I know has seen it now. :\ Glad to hear everyone is liking it though!
Umm Nicole do you forget so quickly the screening you went to with Mary? Regardless if you would like to go again and actually stay to see Shannon's name this time then I would love to go with you. Shauna if you have time when you are out here you can come too! I've already waited this long I can definitely wait til we can see it with you. Yes! We just hijacked Jon Mark's blog to make plans. :)
That's true, Nicole & I did discuss such things. I agree about the saying yes thing. And even though I am interested in dating doesn't mean that I would say yes to any Christian boy who asked me out right now. In fact that list is currently very small. Always has been.
Oh yes I do want to see P&P, but I think that's more of a rental movie than one that requires being seen in the theatre. The next two films I see will be Walk the Line and a second viewing of Harry Potter. If we manage to accomplish that before Christmas I'll be happy. I too enjoy our conversing over Jon Mark's blog.
Mmm indeed, longer lists would equate to much more spazing and obsessing and we certainly don't need an excess of that.
We can always come up there too or maybe meet halfway! I've never been to Santa Barbara, could be fun!
umm...wow..i just got hijacked by a bunch of girls.. anyone else feel ganged up on here? hahah we all know i love it..
as for the every "christian" girl having to say yes when a boy asks her out.. i don't know where that came from...did i start that? I hope not.. that wasn't the intention.
and Nicole know my comment was in mere playful spirit..
and whats up with lists...seriously? what good does that do to men? ranking them like they are pieces of meat?
But glad we like the so called lists to be small.. wouldn't want spazzing out and obsessed girls running around all the time.
I agree with what Nicole said. And just to reiterate, the lists are certainly not any type of ranking. It's simply a thing in our head where we say to ourselves, of the guys I know if one were to ask me out would I say yes to him? And as Nicole said it's really just about whether or not we feel that kind of connection with a particular guy. This is not to say that the lists are immutable. They are just very small and stay that way. We don't have any desire to date every guy out there & I think that's a good thing. Guys should have a reason for asking a girl out and a girl should (and generally does) have a reason for saying yes or no.
